What is neuro-ophthalmology?

Nerves control eye movement and transmit the visual signals from the retina to the brain. Neuro-ophthalmology deals with visual and eye movement problems related to the nervous system. The muscles and nerves which move the eyes may be affected by disorders which cause impaired vision.


What you may experience:

  • Wobbly vision
  • Reduced vision
  • Impaired colour vision
  • Reduced field of vision.
