Billing and payment

Invoicing for most insured patients is sent directly to the insurance provider electronically. Should an invoice be sent to an insured patient’s home address this should be forwarded to your insurer.  

Please note

Please check the details of your policy carefully. You may have an excess fee, limits on the amount you can claim on certain types of treatment or some charges may not be covered under your insurance plan. All shortfalls will be payable by the patient, you will be notified of the amount in advance.

My Eye Clinic request card details from all patients as part of the booking process, these details will only be used to secure a payment in the event of a shortfall by your insurer. Card details are stored securely for six mont
